Vive la France! Global style icon, author, and Emmy-winning TV star Tan France will be the keynote speaker this June at the 2025 International Beauty Show-Las Vegas.
The British-American designer, entrepreneur, and fashion expert on the hit Netflix series Queer Eye was tapped to be the first keynote speaker for the beauty & spa event, which is undergoing a makeover of its own as it expands and enhances show features, personalities, and content.
France will speak about “Elevating Your Craft: The Secret to Branding & Bold Entrepreneurship,” says the event’s parent company, Questex. He will share his personal story, plus strategies for beauty and wellness business owners to harness unique brand distinctions that command premium pricing and attract optimal clients.
France's work on the happy-tear-jerking Queer Eye propelled him to the international spotlight in 2018 when it debuted on Netflix as a reboot of the original 2003 Bravo series.
But his turn as an Emmy Award-winning reality TV host is just one of many accomplishments. Others include: founding and leading numerous businesses, including apparel brands and a production company; designing for other realms including eyewear and home décor; hosting and appearing in a slew of TV shows; and publishing a memoir, Naturally Tan.
On Queer Eye, France is the Fab Five’s charismatic fashion mentor who takes each episode’s selfless, deserving “hero” under his wing to upgrade their wardrobe and elevate their personal style — and in doing so, build confidence and prioritize self-care. The uplifting series is in production for its 10th season.
An outspoken advocate against colorism, racism, homophobia, and Islamophobia, France will share his insights on how to leverage unique strengths and differences to build beloved, powerful, profitable brands.
He will be the first keynote speaker in the beauty show’s history.
France's appearance at the June 21-23 event is included with general admission to the International Beauty Show-Las Vegas, which is held in tandem with the International Esthetics, Cosmetics, & Spa Conference to create a massive beauty and spa event in which registration to one allows access to both.
The International Beauty Show, held annually in New York and Las Vegas, is the events partner of American Salon. The dual shows are undergoing an expansion with new and enhanced content and features such as the addition of the 2025 Fades & Blades Barber Battle in New York and the 2025 Live Fashion Hair Awards in Las Vegas.
