PHYTO has released its first collection formulated for curly and wavy hair, as well as a new nourishing treatment to complement the launch.
The French brand’s new CURLS range is created for types 2a to 3a on the Andre Walker scale.
Its hero ingredients include:
- Fermented Sugar – Creates a protective mesh around the hair fiber, redefining the natural shape of waves and curls.
- Illipé Butter – Moisturizes, nourishes, and strengthens.
- Sweet Almond Oil – Enhances flexibility and elasticity in the hair fiber.
- Biotechnological Oil – A microalga derived from chestnut sap, it is rich in oleic acid and provides a smoothing anti-frizz effect.
The line consists of:
- CURLS Hydration Shampoo – a moisturizing shampoo infused with active ingredients, which cleanses and remoces residue;
- CURLS Hydration Conditioner – a creamy moisturizer that instantly detangles hair and leaves it soft and silky.
- CURLS Definition Gel-Cream – a 24-hour anti-frizz leave-in that defines the natural shape of waves and curls without weight or stiffness;
- Wake Up CURLS Spray – a powerful reviving spray with an active mist that redefines curls and tames frizz between shampoos.
PHYTO also added a new product to its NOURISHMENT collection to weightlessly replenish hair. The Absolute Nourishment Care Oil Pre-Shampoo Elixir can be used to nourish and detangle before shampooing, or as a leave-in treatment oil.
Like other products in the line, all were formulated with White Mallow plant extract in place of water. This extract is known for a high polysaccharide content that leaves hair soft, supple, and shiny.
